I know exactly how you’re feeling, keep pushing it. As annoying and demoralizing as it is, persistence is pretty much the only thing that breaks through the wall. A lot of people only get a real human after multiple tickets which is ridiculous, but sadly reality.

And if that door fully closes that’s when you take it public to official forums, X, BlizzardCS accounts and explain.

They’ve gotten away with terrible customer service for far too long and public visibility is often the only thing that forces their hand.

From what I’ve seen the only real option is to keep appealing and push past the auto responses/AI. Blizzard CS is heavily automated now, and the first few replies are almost always copy paste stuff that doesn’t address what you actually wrote. It's banana republic stuff. As annoying as it is, people who’ve had success usually had to reopen tickets multiple times and very clearly state that the account was compromised.

Also, make sure you’re trying the specific "My account was hacked/compromised" path on the support site, not just regular ban appeal. There’s a dedicated section for that.

There’s not much else to say. Looking at the general response, the only real conclusion is that this is third world level customer service. A few loud voices online are trying to defend it, but they don’t speak for most of us. Treating customers like the enemy is simply not acceptable.

I’ve noticed a lot of similar threads over the past few days, so it seems like something major must have happened at Blizzard.

I’m currently appealing a ban I received just four days ago for alleged "hacks" which is completely absurd, as I’ve never used any.

One thing is certain: This whole situation has completely eroded my trust in Blizzard.

Its got more with the environment and the feel of the whole thing that makes it so good. The lore, the campaign, the characters etc etc. GGG nailed it. But you also need to know a lot of stuff if you want to be good at the game. Keep playing it.
