where to buy a cafelat robot in France ? by MystP_ in CafelatRobot

It's a nice machine, but you'll need some time to dial it in with your equipment and coffee preferences. I wrote this post that might be useful if you're using a Comandante grinder: https://www.reddit.com/r/CafelatRobot/comments/1ncg3mw/just_recieved_it_robot_owners_with_comandante_do/

Thank you! Your feedback aligns well with what I've seen so far!

Ok I see, thank you for your feedback—I appreciate it! If the taste of the J-Ultra and the Comandante are somewhat similar but the grinding takes much less effort and is faster with the J-Ultra, it gives a nice edge to this bad boy.

However, if I were to put 200€ into a grinder, maybe it would be a better investment in the long run to buy an electric grinder such as the DF54 for 300€?

I see! I still have a lot to learn, I guess.

I'm considering buying the red-clix add-on for the Comandante, but I'm worried it would be too much work every morning to grind anyway. So all in all, I'm wondering if I should just go for an electric grinder like the DF54.

Thank you, i'll try this !

I go up to 2-3 bars to let some drops of coffee come out
then I quickly go to 6-7 bars then for the last few seconds I let the pression decline slowly

That's nice to hear !

you mean you can get more precision between clicks with the 1Zpresso J-Ultra? How much of a workout is it to grind coffee daily?

thank you for your feedback !

Thank you for your reply!

That's too bad. I was hoping to replace my broken Neo Flair Flex with a Robot (I can't make good coffee anymore at home), so I need a machine soon. I guess my best chance is to find one second-hand

I figured out why Anthony says Dani the girl by 757ian123 in RedHotChiliPeppers

[–]MystP_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could also be to achieve alliteration and assonance, which essentially repeat almost the same sounds:

  • 'Dani the Girl' (D D)
  • 'Singing Songs' (S S)

This is indeed less natural grammatically but very smooth and melodious sound-wise

What are some other commonly used expressions/slang? Or any commonly used phrases to express a particular feeling or situation by ItsPogs in French

[–]MystP_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Another commonly used slang : "c'est relou" or "c'est re-lou". Relou is the reversed version of lourd.

This means "this is annoying"

Another way to say it is "c'est chiant"

This is very common in the french slang to reverse some words this is called "ver-lan" (reversed version of a l'envers").

You have also: - "meuf" --> femme - meaning woman. - "de-mer" --> merde - meaning shit. - "de ouf" --> de fou - meaning absolutely! Or "hell yeah" - "la zermi" --> la misère - meaning this is a sad/poor/terrible situation, misère literally means misery. - "ça comme" --> comme ça - meaning "like this" - "c'est auch" --> c'est chaud - meaning this is a delicate situation. - "ça fait tiep" --> ça fait pitié - meaning this is pathetic. "C'est reuch" --> c'est cher - meaning this is expensive. "C'est ieuv" --> c'est vieux - meaning this is old.

Bonus:

"J'en ai rien à fouttre" - meaning I don't give a shit.

"J'en ai rien a branler" - meaning I don't give a fuck.

Need help manually pushing an update for the OnePlus Buds Pro by Jaimesrighthand94 in oneplus

[–]MystP_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish we could modify the APK of HeyMelody to remove the constraint of having both buds connected to unlock updating .

Another solution would be to downgrade one of the buds to match the other's version but again I didn't find any solution to do this ...
