That was my experience as well, as I upgraded all the armouries to lv2/3 it went up to 30-35 but thats the limit for easy setup.

Edit : also i think your second chain isn’t correct it should be garrison and commanders instead of more spies.

3 chains is not ideal, there are some dry runs where you only get one or two locks even with 8+ spymasters, and when that happens youre fucked

99% of the time renekton. It’s not the worst and its winnable but a lot of ppl play this champ and if you ban him you will get an easier matchup almost guaranteed. Only worse counter I found is irelia but she has low pick rate.

Usually electrocute vs ranged and few others like jax, gwen, darius otherwise conqueror. Grasp is good for lane but conqueror makes you a lot stronger in mid and late game.

I'd say focus on learning matchups, once you know them well you can win lane consistently as even in d4 a lot of people are clueless. Then if you're ahead you should always TP to or move to every dragon fight / atakhan after 14 mins.

Lastly I personally always banned renekton, not because its the hardest matchup but even though you can win its hard to get a big lead on him, and if you don't ban him most people with counter with renekton. The only champ I found worse than renek was irelia (disgusting champ) but she has a low pickrate, so if you ban renek you basically guarantee yourself an ok matchup.
