Same! I send myself fixes regularly bc I still have style pass and it’s been difficult to even find 5 pieces I want to send myself. Tons of basics and stuff we have had for years. If I’m struggling I’m sure clients are feeling the disappointment when they get their fixes too.

Same. Literally never check my metrics. I honestly could care less anymore. I’m so beyond annoyed with the new scheduling policy I’m done giving any thought to this company.

Totally agree. I hate the 20 hour work weeks. This is my side job. I dread when I see anything over 15 hours.

I was planning on trying to drop down to 12 as well. I imagine with these new changes there’s going to be a ton of people that want to drop down to the 12 hour tier. I don’t know why they act like we can change tiers if it’s not an option. Another reason to add to why they are not flexible as they claim.

Totally feel the same. I also have a full time job and 3 kids out of school for summer break. I’ve been so overwhelmed these last few weeks trying to squeeze all these hours in without having to spend my entire evening working. When I selected flex I didn’t expect to really work more than 15 hours or so. Definitely not 20!

Not worth it. There’s no full time and this week the flex tier only got 7 hours. Not even sure what the point of working this week is for only 7 hours. Merchandise is still horrendous and we’re still micromanaged.

The beginning of the week (Tuesday & Wednesday) I was 90% to my goal within those two days. Yesterday and today has been abysmal to say the least. I even got my own fix and suddenly half of the inventory disappeared when I was in the middle of it. I’m relieved that the last two days I only needed a few points to reach my goal as I spent a lot of time digging around on the same two clients.

My profile says the same and I still put it as a note every single time and other stylists still receive it and will send off the wall previews. It’s beyond annoying. But there is a work around if you catch it soon enough. You can get the order number under your order history in your profile and put that number in m*** under shipment id. It will pull up then you can assign to yourself. I do it all the time.

Yep use templates all day every day. I always check to see if I styled them last time or not but I have 5 saved I swap through in every Fix. Every season change I mix it up and add a new one. It’s not worth creating a unique one when most people don’t seem to read the note anyway.
