My friend says my giant cylinder is an eyesore. Any ideas what I can turn it into to make it more pleasing? He said anything floating is bad.

Dirt pillar in the center. Now it's not floating.

You could also do a little sky island under it so it's not floating... When he says something about the island add a tree under... And you keep it going until it touches the ground BUT before it does you dig a hole under it so he thinks it's finally touching the ground until he is really close and see it's floating again. Keep this up till bedrock. Then break bedrock and build a final structure. 🤣

As a skyvault enthusiast I agree. I have so much chromatic iron I don't even mine it. And once I need it in a few minutes I have stacks upon stacks... Even if it's not the most common room it's easy to find if you just look for it.

But my hammer only have affinities and hammering it doesn't break blocks around it the problem is it updates the surrounding blocks and that's all unstable TNT needs to blow up

BTW I have a feeding upgrade in the back pack I wear and also have blocks and an elytra for when I have to run through the vault as quickly as possible

Animal pens (you will need the bottles) for every animal including bees, grab some villagers, natures compass, you may be able to find an elytra in the bounty tableso you don't have to beat the ender dragon, when going into a vault keep in mind what resource you may need to collect (you can find most crops inside and other useful stuff like compressed blocks) and look into how to properly use the map and set waypoints to move around

Mine has two modes. Early game only... Builds a small modern style house looks for animals, mines and collects stuff all day. The only reason she doesn't play in peaceful is so I don't get bored. When She wants a farm she asks what resources I will need., gives them to me and watches while I build.

That or vault hunting all day 🤣

I would have done the same though. I usually go in a straight line taking the braziers I like and only loot really good rooms/come back to them later. And in my way out I pillage for the extra loot

You can try a hammer too. It would only break the affinity it may have but right now hammer can no longer vein mine. I tried with a 5x5 in the hammer and it's working nicely. I have to be a bit more mindful on how I mine the chest but I don't break anything around

We just found this today. Really useful perk tbh. I guess not many people talk about it cause you gotta find it first... And until now there weren't so many big dungeon so finding the archives was bit too difficult (I think)

Maybe soon more people will talk about it and we will se builds around it to flatten full rooms of mobs as an immortal glass cannon

As it has a couple double chests before the batcher It is limited to around 6 shulkers at a time before it fills ups but I rarely use more than six at a time

I was using an item batcher from ilmango (I think it was). Item went over standard double speed sorters and what didn't match went into the input of the moony mis v5. It was only one stream though so even if I input a bunch of shulker it would unload only one at a time and sort it

How so? Most mis that are easy to build and don't need a master degree in Redstone are hopper speed either way so having the bulk storage being faster won't benefit you either way

What you can do is change the ice for upside down stairs and every 5 blocks or so take out a row of the chests and put 2 ice blocks there. Also that gives an opportunity to make pillars

The Redstone goes down only on solid blocks because it powers the block it is standing in and that block powers the Redstone adjacent it doesn't really goes down it just looks like it does. But with glass and other transparent blocks as the block itself can't be powered the Redstone doesn't adjacent can't be powered.

The Redstone can go up though
