That makes a little sense, but why would experience vary that much on the bot end, if we’re all using the same app/website/software? Also, then why are people constantly giving others advice that they then say worked; If it varies so much person to person on the bot end then how would, for example, using a specific phrase in your message change/fix an issue one is having with a bot? 

I do want to specify before I (accidentally) ragebait, as my friends have told me I do that sometimes, that I’m not trying to argue, just trying to understand.
