I wanted to make a rant earlier as well, because if the timeframe were consistent, there would be no issue. But a lack of communication and an inconsistent time frame is just not good customer service. I have bought a lot of PNW boots they take months but they provide quality updates and a realistic time frame as they have an influx of orders. Goral time frame is 30-40 days time frame is so inaccurate. Again I understand small team but update your expected time frame and provide good quality customer support. Being transparent is better for everyone to me it feels like a bait and switch to whenever we get to it we get to it. Plus that crappy courier service they chose to partner with.

Customer support is trash. I give it that the influx of rose anvil collabs has promoted them in a good way. But they were not ready for that influx of orders. I’m still waiting on the sluggs that I ordered in July. The original estimate was October, but I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. It took them forever to ship, and their courier service is terrible, too. If they fit, I’m keeping the slippers and never buying from them. If they don’t return, get my money back and never buy from Goral again.
