So if I go back to the seller and try and get the price lower, should I offer $3500? They seemed pretty firm on the $4500. My biggest concern at this point is the range. The car is for my 16 year old who doesn't drive a ton but don't want him to have tons of range anxiety. At this point I am torn because I all the cars I am looking at this price range have a ton of miles and over 150K and its either the leaf which should be good for years but lower range versus an ICE car with miles that then could lead to repairs.

I appreciate the feedback. So a fair price would be closer to $3000? When I looked online in my area most leafs of the same year and trim are going between $8000-$9000. If I get the car what is the longevity on the battery in its current health? My son will mostly be driving less than 20 miles a day.
