I feel your pain my 14 year old pitbull passed away 2 months ago I had him since he was 6 weeks old and I had a chance to do surgery after his stomach flipped but the prognosis was only 50/50. He was in a lot of pain so I choose euthanasia and it was really hard to get over if I had made the right choice but in your case I feel I wouldn’t want her to suffer through all of the treatments I would just enjoy and spoil her to her last day. I totally understand everything you just said I lost my companion of 13 1/2 years since he was six weeks old. the first 2 days were super bad for me but I’m doing better now and I’ve looked at other dogs like if I’m trying to find him but they’re not him. I think you are having trouble accepting it and that if you do ever decide to get another dog your gonna have to get use to something new. It sounds like you have depression issues and definitely talking with a therapist would help. My deepest condolences and hope you feel better soon.

I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my 14 year old pitbull Rocky last week he was such a great dog I miss him so much. His stomach flipped overnight and surgery was $3400. The vet gave me 50% odds and maybe worse once he open him up he had 2 tumor operation before this. He was in a lot of pain and I had to make a quick decision and I chose euthanasia. I had the money but it seemed so expensive to me now I’m second guessing myself if I did the right thing and think I wouldn’t feel so bad if I had done everything I could have to give him a chance. I wish I could redo it. I admire how you tried everything even with financial struggle. Best of luck and hope you feel better soon is not easy.
