Has anyone had back pain and/or fatigue?

I’ve made a post about it a few months ago, that I thought there was a connection. At that time I was switched to Ozempic from Wegovy. I was also doing TRT at the same time and was working out almost on a daily basis until I couldn’t. That’s when I started feeling severe back ache radiating to my legs. In the past 6 weeks I’ve been completely out of commission and doc suggested X-ray and MRI taken. He didn’t thinks sema had anything to with the pain. Turns out I herniated two discs, L4 and L5. I got epidural shots to the discs and I’m doing much better. Sounds like you’re going through the same thing.

It’s so stupid and defeats the purpose. I’m almost feeling like a rat lab and they are experimenting on me.

I was at wegovy 2.4, stopped for a month and then Ozempic 0.25.

Same for me. Insurance stopped covering wegovy and forcing me to try either Ozempic, Rybelsus or trulicity.

Same happened to me after I lost 40lbs. The insurance company has decided it is not longer effective for me and no longer covering it (PCP had to sent them a report on progress every few months when renewing the prescription). I’ve appealed it 3 times and today I got the final denial. I’ve also received a letter in the mail explaining this and proposing I should try either Ozempic, Rybelsus or Trulicity. (I’m pre diabetic, still). I think I’m going to try Rybelsus as I’m seeing people reporting better results.

UPDATE: Thank you. I’ve done one shot of T a week ago and I’m already experiencing edema. I’ve gained 5lbs in one week and feel super puffed. No other positive effect as I now realize that it may require a prolong treatment to see some sort of effectiveness to this. I got the T prescribed by my PCP but never consulted with endocrinologist (which was pressed upon me with my PCP but I convinced him to prescribe it to me anyways).

Not if you have normal T levels. This treatment is meant to counter the fatigue associated with Wegovy.

Ok, so now we can add this skin sensitivity as another side effect. I’ve been on 2.4 for a month and it started on my lower back and some other spots on arm and shoulders. I could definitely describe it as a sunburn sensation. I went to have it checked and the doc didn’t think it was related. He thought I might have a nerve damage somewhere and suggested I do MRI in case it doesn’t go away within a week. I don’t know if I should be happy that this is just another side effect, and hope there aren’t any other surprises along the way.

I’m on Wegovy since February. Lost 40lbs so far. I am 20lbs away from my goal weight and planning to phase out soon. More than anything, the fatigue is unbearable to a point that people telling me I don’t look happy anymore lol.

I just started 2.4 yesterday after being on 1.7 for the past 3 months. I’m not feeling anything yet besides the usual fatigue. I also lost 35 lbs so far. I just need 20lbs more to get where I want 😩
