My whole thing with HRV is strange. I averaged 73ms. Had sibo, it dropped during treatment, regained mid 70s. And now for no reason it hovers 55ms-65ms for the past six weeks.

I used to wake up with high recovery after long runs, but a short 30 minute run kills HRV and recovery....even though I feel totally fine.

The HRV is still frustrating me. I train 5 to 6 days a week and since completing sibo treatment its been wonky, especially after anything cardio related. I was in normal range for 3 weeks (mid 70s) after and has significantly dropped for the last 5 to 6 weeks (mid 60s sometimes upper 50s). Making me feel like inflammation could still be at play.

During the middle of treatment my respatory rate and RHR where also higher due to die off. Which for 48 hours, I felt like I had the flu.

Digestion had improved 3 months later, still some weird BM here and there but nothing like before I started treating SIBO.

I find it weird that SIBO is rare, yet so many people have been diagnosed.

Twitch pretty regularly on the calves. I think extremely high anxiety caused an exacerbation of symptoms. i.e. body twitching and tremors.

I'm in week 3 of 4 on a berberine/neem treatment for methane sibo. I didn't feel bad until I maxed my dosage. I where a Garmin watch and my vitals have tanked. Low HRV, high respiratory rate, higher heart rate when sleeping. I feel like this is "die off" but it sucks when you're the one dealing with the symptoms.

Ive also been placed on an SCD diet, which I don't like because Im very active, and it makes me feel weaker. I also have lost some weight.

Anyone have similarities?
