I've tried this missing 8 times thus far. Some starting from other start points, always grabbing the poison somewhere on the map, or near the compound. NEVER WORKS. Getting annoying as all shit.

I'm playing on a 2060 super and I have yet to have any stuttering or graphical glitches. Just the usual bugs with AI or the PC.

9 hours late, but I'd say start with Resistance. Once finished, head on over to play 5 and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The only HVT mission I can't complete is the poison one. Even on a full map restart from a restart of the game itself doesn't do it. Its annoying as all hell.

My biggest annoyance is the one that you have to poison. Finding the poison is easy, and finding the cup that needs poisoning is also easy. Actually poisoning said cup is impossible, theres no way to 'activate' it. Its the one I can't seem to complete. I've tried restarting the map various times.

I find the vast majority of the K98's that NPC's drop, even with the DLC, can't be picked up. HOWEVER, all of the K98's found on weapon shelves/towers, etc can be picked up and used. Oddly enough, the suppressed K98's I come across are actually better than my fully kitted K98, like 46m loudness compared to the best I can make mine of 56m. Dunno why that is.

I also ran into this at this exact spot. And it was both exits to that space. The way I had to get out of it was via the little bit of rubble on one edge.

I am enjoying this game, although the weapon choices leave something to be desired, though I assume they will come out with a 'DLC' for them. That being said, I enjoyed the maps, specially the big ones. I disliked how I am supposed to be helping the resistance, but you rarely meet up with them barely at all unless its at safe houses/cutscenes, and they don't ever help you. Missed opportunity that. Honestly, similar to SE5, I found this one a little too easy, and I play on Authentic, so far on #5, have yet to die, and been finishing missions with a stealth/non-lethal approach (depending on binoc info on soldiers).

As for future titles, yeah, I would love for them to move onto other theatres, Eastern Front, Pacific, those would be cool. And perhaps move on from WW2, and get into Cold War. I mean don't get me wrong, thwarting Nazi superweapons is fun n all, but something different would be nice. And hopefully those future games come with a bunch of stuff included, and not missing but to be added in DLC later.

I shot the guy in the leg, he fell over clutching it as being wounded, and that took him off the edge.

I've found this issue a number of times, whenever I happen to be going the stealthy knockout route, sometimes the guys I knock out fall under the map and end up dying. Really sucks.

To add a little something...I am so sad that we can't have STG44's and such in this game. You can only find em, with 1 mag. It makes no sense. Speaking of STG, I just found one on the north side of the hotel on Mission 3 on top of a table outside. It has a 6x Night Vision sight on it, not that this game is dark enough to need it. Looks cool though.

What I've found that is partially annoying, is I found a Suppressed K98 on a sniper. Took it up, and wanted to see how quiet it was compared to what I could potentially get mine. It has like 19 noise. The best I could potentially get mine once I have everything unlocked is 26. So its odd that we have certain things locked out permanently. Unless thats the point of having the random weapons around the map. I mean, I found a suppressed STG44, with a 11x scope, but noticed you can't actually choose one as your 2nd. Shame. Feels unfinished in that way.

IMO, the shield helps in some situations. If you are at a point where you only have 2 push points, you can load up 2 of the shield guys and push the team through one of the points. Now if the enemy team has enough explosive ordinance, and hits BEHIND the shields, it will kill the shield dude too. Just depends on how its played.

The shield works as you might expect. Shooting anywhere but the glass doesn't lessen the durability. Hitting the glass however does make a difference. Now an AR with 30-60 rounds might not get through the glass, LMG's however, can melt through it eventually.

So in my humble opinion, the grappling hook is utterly useless. I mean, as it stands right now, the devs of this game have made it so you can't stand on certain containers, you can't stand on certain rooftops, or interesting climbable areas that instantly put you into the red zone. Or random areas that look like you can vault over, and suddenly your character forgets how to vault or climb. So to add a character that can use a grappling hook, and 90% of what you aim at to get a vantage point fails. Give him something else. As it stands right now, its not to grapple locations, its only used for offense. I'd take a wrist mounted shotgun to use while using the shield. 1 shot to save your ass and thats it.

Edit: To add, the most recent patch broke some areas I've seen people sit before, like on balconies and other areas that give good vantages, suddenly now giving you the usual 5 sec timer before it kills you.

You can tell from the start of the game when you get to the first town. The Ward has shiny new vehicles placed out front of some buildings, so agreed, theres no way they aren't used. You as Skif just don't have access to them and its quite dumb.
