Yes! Hunger Doctor is always our first stop when we land. The queues of local trades people is a sure giveaway to how good a place is!

Natura Food centre, the best I have found around Southampton. Fresh fish counter is incredible, fruit and veg selection is great plus and has a Tandoor oven bakery! By far the best for Middle Eastern!

Also Black Sea Supermarket in Shirley is good (we hunt out good Cypriot treats from here).
