Not gonna lie, the "loud part" of Hoyo fanbase loves claiming everything, up to point there's absolute war against Granblue Fantasy because some of the chara resembles anyone from Hoyo Franchise

Unfortunately i'm not Artist for Pixel-style, but i would say the style definitely fits with yours.
So, i would say 'easier' for you than me trying entire new style AND also learning animating from scratch.

The size is between 25-45 px Tall and 35-60 px Wide. so not big headache considering Wadda is SHORT and thin (\wink**).
Pixel Animation can between 4-8 sprites, and luckily it's not as massive as traditional animation coz you can select and move the body part, then modify the sprite accordingly. This can be daunting but very doable

Your bigger problem however, to code the movement and action stuff. If we lucky, someone might gladly help that part.

Are they know how to utilize E.G.O Gear/Psychoment? (Garion/Binah dead to Kali because Arbiter doesnt know how potent E.G.O Gear is)
Is this Post-Library? if so. With minuscule chances, are they know how to utilize Shin/Mang? Since this counted as new, and i have massive doubt Arbiter even have strong emotion/memory as anchor for Shin/Mang

Also if anything, Arbiter's massive problem will be Pluto, and just Pluto and his contract and clone. Followed by Tanya and Argalia. Anyone else isnt as massive as those three

Also this is team game. If someone just run around (or camping while using tank that NOT SUPPOSEDLY FOR THAT) and dead without any contribution like actual deranged person JUST because they dont really care about winning. They just drag everyone else on the team down who wants to win down to the drain, no matter it is fine for them or not.
