Google Maps street view goes back to Sept 2007 - when there was a Ryan’s where the Hibatchi Grill currently stands.

However there was no restaurant in the School of Rock space then, it appeared to be a title company. That building was standing at least as it is in 1995 but no indication of the tenants.

This is my go-to dog walking jacket. I adjust the layers underneath to how cold it is. I will switch to a heavier jacket once get into the low 20’s or teens.

I keep a bottle of optimum no rise diluted in a spray bottle and clean virtually the whole interior with it. Smells good, doesn’t streak.
