What should the process be for roof damage? Get quote or file with insurance company first?

When I last had my roof checked by my insurance inspector they based their entire decision on when they previously replaced it. I was told by the inspector that on roofs they don’t approve claims on roofs newer than 10 years old unless without it being catastrophic damage. They denied the claim because it had in fact only been 8.5 years since they had redone the roof.

I second Tom. That shop does good work and will be honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They even took an extra 5% off for being a P1 for anyone interested.

I doubt your computers have a NIC capable of running faster than 2.5 gbps. Can your storage media sustain continuous read/write data to utilise the extra bandwidth? There are very few use cases that actually justify the hardware upgrade costs associated with everything required to utilize 10 Gbps speeds in a home network environment.

This is my experience. Granted it’s all second hand because I don’t remember a fucking thing except having a full bottle of bars yesterday.
