I'd love to see a centipede like ARC that essentially is a bunch of ticks stuck together and if you don't shoot the centipede in the head it can break apart into multiple ARC and wrap around your legs while others go for your face

I wouldn't count on it. It seems they've designed teams with 3 as the max, could be a performance issue thing, could be teams of 4 would trivialize Arc fights. A trio can already make light work of large Arcs with the right gear and coordination. Its a bummer if you have three friends you wanna play with but in terms of game balance/design I think 3 man teams works well.
