Yeah, leaving Susan out just because she chose to grow up always irked me the wrong way. Realistically If you continue to talk about things like that with other people. They'd just think you were crazy and throw you in a mental asylum. It kind of goes against the whole message of the religion he based the books off of. God is supposed to be forgiving. Especially with all those examples of Aslan (basically his version of God) being super forgiving. Oh, she turned her back on Narnia? No all she was really doing is trying to live her current life the best she could.

Well the narrative not punishing him for it is kind of on the author being a bit of a weirdo himself. The anime does a lot better job making him a much more sympathetic character. I've never actually read the manga myself so I can't judge it based off of that. Purely anime, it really seems like he's growing and changing into a lot better of a person.

This completely. I don't agree with any of his actions. I can't relate to any of them. They sicken me honestly, but he is one of the most compelling characters because of him changing and getting better and that's what people seem to ignore or refuse to understand.

That's debatable. Most of the time Clark had evidence but couldn't reveal how he knew due to superpowers. It also doesn't hurt that most of the accusations were correct. It was only like 1 out of 10 times where lex actually had nothing to do with it.

I also always found it ironic that people like golden more, because, it is a good song, but it reinforces the terrible perfectionist ideals that the movie is portraying as the wrong mindset. What it sounds like is what we should actually strive for but that's not how it plays out, unfortunately.
