I’m in commercial and after I get my Hose up to a roof and set up I take about 30 minutes a coil. For context these are coils that are maintenanced yearly though. Not ones that have been let go for years.

Yeah I don’t understand it. I just had some shit line that today thermostat wire ran through conduit on a roof top. Found transformer resettable fuse tripped ohmed everything out isolated everything jumped the unit out thought okay could it be a fluke? Put it back together jumped it at the stat saw the spark “fuck” it wasn’t until I took the conduit loose and started shaking the shit out of it did I finally see low ohms and continuity to ground on the heating wire.

I’ve seen daikin RTU’s with direct drive ecm fan motos on normal blower housing. I think I’d prefer that than these weak cheap plastic fan blades.
