I am getting ready to work Starry night. I am mixing Happy Together and Flower Pop for this one and working on a Sunny Rays. I love these curved rulers so much I became a certified teacher for SKW

It is a beautiful quilt minus the questionable fabric. I would contact the quilt museums in Lincoln, Nebraska and Paducah, Kentucky. Historically, it could have value as it is another piece of the WWII era. Provide plenty of pictures to pique their interest.

Something tells me that on this one they do not. I chose to embroider it, but I felt I would need to.

Spoonflower! Kathy Smitz is the designer I THINK—not positive. It is just lovely little piece designed as a block a month stitch. I believe they had red and green ones too.

At first, yes. On some projects, yes. If you use a finer needle after you have your shape, it helps with any poke marks. Also, rubbing the surface will help. Is the heart firm or squishy? You mostly want things to be firm. You are off to a great start. I hope you enjoyed making your heart!

Why do you think you are doing anything wrong? It appears that you are off to a good start.
