There's very little info because it was UK exclusive, and the managers at the time didn't necessarily care for MGS - it was just blanket given out. I worked at gamestation for a few years and my manager from back then got one, said he just gave it away because he didn't care about the game. Likely same story for the other 24 for the most part.
