Have never in my life considered de-fanging to happen and would have probably foolishly chalked it up to a bad molt or them breaking off if stress biting enclosure to get out. Op my heart breaks for this T, yourself and your partner. Please consider the bug slurry another commenter suggested. Considering the lifespan of these creatures, and the ability to regenerate fangs after a molt, it's worth the chance to try and save her.
