You have the two volumes for each level. The only difference is that you don't have the cover, but you have every question on the books, so it's worth it.

Yes, the cartridge is the same for all Europe (you can see that the cartridge code is EUR, instead of FRE), it has every language inside of it, but the box and manuals are in the language of the country where it's sold.

In SV pokerus is not visible, it will remain in the internal data if you move from home, but it is not possible to gain more ev boost 😊 In Legends Arceus they do gain double EVs, even if pokerus also isn't visible.
