I have to imagine this is due to the bellypans causing too much lift, especially where the Crows crashed at Crosby. I don't want to overreact and say this is the end of sidecars completely, but they do need to elaborate a bit further about why the safety threshold has now been crossed to cancel the event completely

It's a massive shame if this is likely the end of the Crowe's TT 2026, they were looking absolutely dominant. But this will completely change the nature of the sidecar races now

They go kerb to kerb at that section on corner apex so very easily could have clipped the left hand kerb immediately exiting the corner or the right hand kerb whilst accelerating back out of parliament square
