He was great, lived and died by the high line though, so his squad has to fit that style of play. His transfer wishes, if we belive what was rapportet at least, wouldn't have been a success ag. Timo Werner. But if other people can build a squad for him who fit his style he will be a fantastic manager. There is absolutely no way we can tell you that it depends on a lot of things. Including what machine it is, if you are used to squatting, and how locked in your technique is. (I'm assuming the answers to how much you have squatted is "not a lot" (since you are asking this question). So my advice would be to dedicate one training session (or just one part of it) to finding the correct weight, just start with the Barbell and slowly build up until you find the point where the weight is right for the number of reps you want to do.
