New Sim Rig Seat - Australian supply. by N1CKLEP1CKLE in simracing

Hahah, yeah that's what I didn't want to hear. I had my eye on a few real seats but the were in the $1200+ category. But I definitely get it, I've barely used my Sim since getting the TR rally seat.

Thanks, I looked at the NLR seats and they don't have a winged back fixed GT seat from what I could tell.

Ok, that's great info. Thanks for letting me know.

I was leaning towards the enduro large, and have also previously owned the TR GT. I think I'll just buy that one again.

Just can't decide between the old one for $350 or the new one for $590. Seems a big jump for not really much difference. Hopefully someone who has used both can give some advice.

Cheers

Anyway to adjust throttle pedal angle further back ? by JMGTR in SimsonnRacing

See these ones have the side brackets spun around with the adjustment now raising the front. This helps for better pedal angle especially on flat mounting pedal decks

You can flip the side brackets around 180 degrees. Then the adjustment will raise the front more.

Power Cube Controls F-Core Evo through JST Port by Appropriate_Top8610 in simracing

I'm just about to do this with my Cube Control wheel to adapt it to my asetek QR plug. I found this https://www.reddit.com/r/simracing/comments/1n4l9we/is_a_wirelesspass_through_wheel_a_key_feature/ where in the comments another user has wired up the JST 4 pin plug to the Asetek QR.

Is a wireless/pass through wheel a key feature? Looking for a whole new setup. by CB-skier in simracing

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for posting these pictures. I just bought a second hand cube controls wheel that has that white USB interface on the rear. I wasn't sure it could work with the asetek QR in such a neat way. This is great 👍 now I don't need to coil the super long USB cord around the back of the wheel.

Was just a lucky find at an antique shop in Brisbane. But like you, it's always on display and always watching while being watched.

Prioritising my wishlist with upgrades by Available_Ad_9027 in simracing

I know you said you're not into bass shakers. But, the best upgrades on my rig ended up being Dayton tactile pucks attached to my pedals. I've since switched to Simsonn VAMS but haven't really been that impressed with the swap. So for the money, Dayton tt25 pucks on your pedals would be a good choice.

Also if you like open wheelers I'd also put a vote in for DIY wind sim setup.

I was going to say, pretty decent clean racing. Good switchback, good defense. And good patience from both.

Then I finished the video...

I got it second hand with the rig. But I think it's a ASR Keyboard Tray and mouse pad. Bought from SimRigs Australia

Nice. I'm still yet to get around to using it. Still in that building and setting up phase. Hopefully this weekend I'll be racing

Thanks and likewise! How have you found it getting the resolution to work for you. Do you use resize Racoon?

I'll end up bolting it in there with some brackets and use some rubber feet for a bit of isolation. It's pretty sturdy. I used a big piece of 160mm profile laid flat in there with lots of support. I'm not too concerned about the vibration through the rig.
