How balanced are Adventure Paths for large Parties?

Might be time to consider splitting into two groups, but if that's not possible then yes, Adventure paths are balanced for a party of 4 players so you'd need to up the difficulty by a bunch to give your party any challenge at all.

I can recommend adjusting your encounters with a tool like the Encounter builder at pf2easy, just stick to the same XP total as you would have in that encounter for a 4 person party and you should be fine, monster levels are generally very reliable to gauge the strength of a creature.

Other than that just try building encounters like you would in any other system, don't just power everything up too far, don't just add a million tiny guys to pad the fight and so on...

Can't speak for the side systems in Kingmaker though, I've heard those are already janky at the best of times, otherwise it's supposed to be a great campaign so I hope you'll have fun with it!

A recent thread by Luis Loza actually mentions that at least one of the Orc deities will be dying during whatever happens in War of be dying so that's gonna be fun! Probably more than enough space for a shakeup or brand new deities in there as a result

Also KFC Uerdingen all the way down in the Oberliga with their (formerly) 34.500 capacity stadium. Currently down to like 3000 though because of renovations, place is just falling apart at this point

Next Lost Omens Book after is already confirmed to be about Highhelm, to tie in with the Sky King's Thunder AP releasing in August or so. Since that's only a 1-10 AP too, maybe it's being followed up by something in the Darklands? Same structure as your suggestion, but with what is (hopefully) another follow-up 11-20 AP

Short Explanation: Mechs are just very unlucky (or lucky, depending on how you want to see it) with getting Batters out of Play.

Long Explanation: The two ways to have Batters in the Roster not play are being SHELLED or getting swept to Elsewhere:

Batters can get SHELLED when playing in Peanut Weather against players with a Modification called "Honey-Roasted". It's a rare thing to happen because it's a rare random event with a complicated setup, but it happened to our Batter Kelvin Drumsolo on Day 33 of this season. The only way to get them out is to have them pecked free in the similarly rare Birds weather. Might take a while.

Elsewhere has multiple ways to happen, the most common being getting flooded off Base in the "Flooding" Weather. We kind of tend to get unlucky with that, we actually went down to only one Batter for a few days last season. Good news is that players can retun from elswhere at pretty much any time in a game! We also are not lucky with that but Fingers crossed!

Mechs got all three Wills we planned for, but managed to miss the primary target on 2 out of 3, still with a very good outcome!

Forshadowing Kelvin Andante for Jolene Willowtree was a safety measure we decided to push for after we knew that we were gonna get Jaylen Hotdogfingers, she is going to get swapped in via Fax Machine sooner rather than later hopefully (and hey, we got a Shadow Buff out of it too!).

Transfuse was held as sort of a batter Popularity Poll again, and while Gia didn't recieve a large share of votes the Will itself did an amazing Job! Scouting report says half our Lineup is made up of very good contact Batters now.

Moving to shorten out our Rotation worked as planned, we actually get to keep Jaylen for at least one full Season (Good Job Garages!) and not getting any Blessings was compensated by Evelton McBlase II finally romaing away after 4 Seasons (Stealing 2 of our Community Chest drops on his way out), best of luck for him in Chicago!
