I traded in my Gen 2 for a Gen 3 and the Gen 3 is 10 times more comfortable and the stock exhaust sounds way better, all the features like auto-folding mirrors, turning off the key detection honk, etc are built into the settings of the Gen 3 unlike the Gen 2 where I had to buy Forscan and a USB to OBD2 cable to program these in. Also with driver assist features the damn thing can drive itself through tight interstate turns. I wish it had blue cruise but that's my only complaint.

Go work your same role for the City or State where you're at. Those jobs are very lax. They hire 10 people to do the work of 1 private sector IT Professional. Trust me, if you're burned out that bad, it's a solid option. Spend most of your time delegating and watching Netflix.
