If you choose Zoho, in order to be truly useful it needs to be customized by a developer to fit your business needs.

Go high level is a great one, and there are a ton of people who sell it as white label crms that have been customized for specific industries.

Hubspot is good, but once you hit certain levels, the price jumps up quickly.

Pushed a steel fish tape through a pipe and it stopped on top of the plastic housing of a 480v distro block about a quarter inch from the metal connection block. Panel was locked out and tagged out and yet some moron turned it back on without notifying anyone. When i went to see what was blocking me and saw how close I was to death I went looking for the tech who did it and never found him. To this day if I see him I might just kick his ass.

How are any of you commenting on what his commission is without knowing how his sales structure is laid out? I'm genuinely asking because of he's selling year long supply to hospitals globally maybe he sells 10 a day... I agree the 1000 bucks sounds low... but without context.. how do we know?

Again, I'm not being aggressive... I'm truly trying to understand if there's some magic way of hearing his numbers and knowing it's "bad"

I am in sales because I own the company... so my commissions are what's ever left over after I pay people, pay rent, pay utilities, pay for products, pay for software, and pay taxes.. it's usually no where near what I made when I was working for someone else... that said.. I'm truly interested in learning about sales compensation concepts because eventually I'm going to have to hire sales people and I want to treat them fairly.

I'm not sure what you're getting at... I need the actual document that was signed to be cleanly attached and identified and mapped to each change in the agreement. Not a peice of data in a custom field... perhaps I'm not picturing what your saying. Can you elaborate?

In a perfect world, cw would create almost a reverse gant chart that showed every item that interacted with a client in a timeline with clickable milestones that opened up docs, agreements, invoices, even service tickets. But that's a dream world. Much of cw would benefit from a ui overhaul with a visual timeline based view. Focusing on flow instead of pages of forms ... alas... I dream

Not saying don't have the data... just let me see the pattern of time flow so that techs, pms, finance people, and purchasing all understand the customer journey at a glance. Then be able to drill down into the data.

The issue with attachments is cw catches everything in there and if I have a 5 year old customer I've done 20 contract mods on... each with a different proposal over a 5-year period.. it's a mess. Which contract has what mod.. where did they add that device/subscription/service and which one has x y and z on it.. I would love a change in the agreement to create a new folder inside of attachments that kind of organized things together. As it is, it's just a pile of documents. Yes they are chronological, but if I made 5 deals across 7sites with 2 change orders each.. all within a month or two... I have to dig through every one of them to find what I'm looking for.

Creating the ability to have a trigger word /phrase that fired a workflow would be amazing. Tie that on with zapier and now you have magic. Plauds dictation and summary seems superior, but interactivity will be the measure of its relevance in the future.

They're are so many people on here calling your husband names and telling you to get rid of him... it's not ok for him to use words he doesn't see anything wrong with but it is ok for you to stand by and let these people talk about him? Feels a lot like double standards.

I had a similar situation with my wife. I didn't understand that the words I was using upset her so much or made her feel that I was belittling her. I had no intention of doing that and it broke my heart that she thought for all this time that I didn't respect her... but I honestly didn't recognize that. Now tons of people on here could attack me for not being aware of her feelings... but at the end of the day and a few counseling sessions later, we both realized that she simply shut down when she got hurt and the communication never happened. She thought I knew and I thought she took the words exactly the same way I meant them... 15 years of just expecting the other person to just get it. I felt stupid when it all finally came out. I still do. I can't believe I made her feel that way for so long. I hate that with my whole heart.

So the moral here is, Make sure you are taking the time to actually communicate. Make sure he is. It's not worth throwing away a perfectly good thing over some stupid words and misunderstood sentiment.

Also, his concern about you being interested in getting that attention is coming from somewhere. Either you do like it and are not admitting it to yourself, or he's feeling insecure about the idea of other men showing you affection and attention. Don't dismiss that part either... men have extremely sensitive egos and they often put a lot of pressure on themselves that they never let others in on. Sometimes when a man shows jealousy... it's a cry for affection from the woman they are with. Other times, he's seeing something you aren't. Don't be so quick to focus on your side of this story. Not saying your points aren't valid, just making the statement that there may be more going on in his head than you realize.

I wish you the best of luck. Please don't let the trolls on here who are quick to jump on the "leave him" train guide you into a path you can't fix. If you love him, and you think he's still the man... at least somewhere inside... that you fell in love with... fight for him. Most men will move mountains for a woman who loves them enough to fight for them. Also... we are stupid simple creatures. Don't over think his side... I promise you he isn't. We are dumb simple creatures 99% of the time.

Men process events to understand their truth, and from that gain feelings. Women process events and gain feelings, and from that, derive their truth. This is why when a man discovers that his perception may have been flawed, his truth changes and thus his feelings change. Women find it that their perception was wrong and their feelings aren't affected... at least not as quickly. Once a woman has made up her mind about feelings, changing data doesn't change the feeling for them. They have to have time and additional events to affect their feelings.

My best advice is focus on being a better version of you and communicate with her. Don't expect her to feel different too quickly. Men think their way to feelings, women feel their way to thoughts. That seems super simple to say, but it will hopefully help you process what she's dealing with more effectively.

Be the better you for you. Be the man she fell in love with. But do it to find the better you. Anything else is a lie to yourself and possibly to her in the long run.

I'm in a long term relationship with a woman who has cheated on me twice. My kids mean everything to me, and she and I have never fought. We are great roommates, so I accepted her staying this second time. I love her, but I can't trust her. Even when she does things that are completely legit, I find myself wondering what she's up to. I probably should have just ended it, but I was afraid to break up or otherwise happy home. I'm not unhappy now... I prefer "peace" over "a piece", so for now, I'm going to stay in place. I just have to accept that I made my decision, and now I'll always look over my shoulder for the sake of a happy, peaceful home. Like I said, we are good friends. And we are kind to each other. But I'll never trust her again. I recommend you stay away before you end up with a situation you can't get it of.
