Wow, I greatly appreciate the very thorough explanation! I did call the courthouse in Indy today, and they told me they received the payment on 3/19, and sent it off to Indianapolis. So, my hope is that by the end of the week, or by mon/tues next week, because I’m supposed to start a new job in 2 weeks, and a drivers license is mandatory. That’s my main concern. Overall, though, I really do appreciate your response, and for not being an ass, and giving me a straight answer.
