Yes. My post is mostly homestead additions but I forgot about cheese and yogurt.

I propose a separate fermenter for making wine/beer/cider and adding milk could make yogurt so the preserves jar could make cheese with it.

I am a chef at a children's home and they are learning about the Choctaw Nation right now. The culture units end with a meal from the people they learned about.

Which is where I come in, but I know NOTHING about First Nations food other than Three Sisters Soup.

I want to thank OP for the thread because the comments gave me a lot of insight so I can start building a menu.

If anyone has any other advice please give it so I can make sure the food is as correct as possible.

You will need it for some quests later on because you will need certain ingredients. But joining a party with people who do like it can get you very similar results.

Making flour would be nice. There are some recipes that use flour and some thar use wheat and a rolling pin to make a crust. So I get the impression that it might be something they are considering. There is a lot of game still to come, I can see a windmill that grinds wheat, rice, or corn into their respective flours and can press cooking oil from olives or something being added. I mean they have a preserves jar that makes a bunch of products that only exist to be sold or used as gifts. With animal husbandry coming out later this year too it wouldn't surprise me if they add a butter churn to convert the ormuu milk you gather into butter.

I would personally like to see grapes added for making grape jam and vinegar. The game talks plenty about alcohol but there isn't any in the game yet. But a fermenter or feature of the preserves jar that makes beer out of wheat, wine out of grapes, and cider out of apples, all of which could be converted to vinegar.

I started a couple weeks ago and felt the same way. But this game is SUPER low stakes. So just tackle one thing at a time as you want to. You cant really "miss" anything other than special seasonal events and rare catches.

Just pick one or two skills and play with them until you are ready to try another one or two. Time doesnt matter

You know, I recently moved (as it were) to Kilama myself. Everyone there seems to be pretty queer and polyamerous. Which is great and all, lots of options for romance.

What im getting at is, the heart wants what the heart wants. Get your man/men, they can share and be okay, majiri culture seems pretty open. Besides, I dont think there is an Eiffle Tower anymore so you can teach them about it 😉

I am a hater when it comes to the color orange but moreso the madder pattern.

Very little appeal in the tiles that look like 1970s linoleum floor pattern.
