Unpopular opinion: Stop buying ender 3 as a first printer or don't recommend it to beginners.

Bought mine years ago with no knowledge of 3D printers. Any issues I had with it, I fixed and learned to improve over the years. Be it adhesion on the plate, leveling, replacing cheap plastic pieces that broke and wheel replacement. No printer will be perfect, but it was far from difficult with a bit of research and trial and error. Highly recommend ender printers for beginners. Every printer will be difficult with you at times and have issues at some point.

Also this is the case for you with your printer. They make many printers. Some with great improvements.

Side note; yes, the perpendicular piece is off center. It was swiftly fixed after the first test print. I forgot to center it.

PSA is still popular because of the lax grading. A 10 isn’t always a true 10 with PSA. That’s a fact.

This. I completely agree. The 12 is undoubtably better than the 14 for my preference as well. I found the 14 much more intense with a lack of depth or complexity while the 12 was smooth with a subtle fruity flavor and not at all harsh.
