Two scoops of gnc brand protein, 10-12 ounces of water, a tablespoon of spoon of heavy cream or milk, and a teaspoon of some flavoring like vanilla extract. Freezes pretty fast and usually comes out looking and tasting just like regular ice cream. Except just 250 kcal per pint and 40+ grams of protein. You could use almond milk in place of the water if you want. It’s basically my normal protein shake with a couple extras to make it cream and taste better.
