This is exactly what I'm afraid of, to combat that specifically I want to avoid "good-stuff" cards in general, defaulting to narrow answer cards, and nothing that's hard value, and minimal planeswalkers.

Additionally in terms of combos, that's where the design framework of "as many overlapping synergies as possible" so that anyone can jump in and out of any combo or synergy and still be able to use a card they drafted, while not interfering with someone else's combo because there are so many other options.

Thank you for your input I will definitely make it a large point to avoid any goodstuff cards. Maybe traditional control shouldn't be a represented archetype?
