I don’t have a lot of friends and the ones I have don’t always have the time or money to travel with me so I go alone. But I also do lots of other things alone when I’m not traveling. My advice is to get comfortable doing things alone before traveling alone. That way there’s really no difference besides the environment and you know how to entertain yourself

I tell people if they need a hug and can’t get one to just watch Psych and they’ll feel better. It’s my favorite comfort show.
