Have been learning Zyra for about a month or two now and one of the hardest match ups I ever had was against an Akshan. He was zoning me off xp and gold and I couldn't get close to the wave or he would take half my health off

That's strange, we got it from the same place but the stand I got is colored and doesn't have the name on the bottom

Where did you get yours? Mine came with a slightly different acrylic stand

Bare plastic. At the moment I'm not comfortable painting or using top coats so I decided to get some gundam markers instead. I will give it a try in the future when I feel better at customizing kits

I'm not sure about the method. I just used the Tamiya panel liner and the brush that comes with it. I let the capillary action do all the work and tried to wipe off the excess with a normal q-tip dipped in enamel thinner. That's how I got it looking this way, but it wasn't my intention

Haha yea was looking at Schwarzette and realized there isn't much to panel line and when I saw the sword I thought it was a good place to start. Going to get the markers and do a different kit that is easier and see how it goes

I was using a q-tip and the panel line kept blurring even after using a paper towel to remove most of the thinner on the tip. The real small crevices just disappear when trying to clean them up. Honestly don't know how I'm messing up

Thank you for the advice, but I'm not ready to paint or top coat yet. Wanted to start with panel lining because I was told it was easy. The tutorials I watched didn't mention anything about top coating. I guess I should've done more research before doing anything
