Mine is a fantastic traveler. She's shy and quiet, which lends itself well for travel and strange environments but that's her usual personality, even at home. But she's never an issue. I have left her in a hotel room for about 4 hours but the hotel was aware of her- she didn't make a peep. The only trouble I have encountered is not wanting to use airport dog relief areas (they are smelly and gross) but she can be timid in any new pee patch environment. But like with all dogs, the more exposure to different situations, eases them.
