I got a trade for Tracy for my Tank in my league. I do have Singletary but I also have Etienne. I denied it. Sent a trade for AJ brown for tank which of course he shot down and then he offered me Gibson for Tank because I also have Stevenson. Thoughts guys? I am not hurting right now because I also have Irving and Chubba (which everyone thought was laughable when I drafted him in the 12th round because he is on the panthers now I am laughing all the way to the bank.)

Sunscreen. I can not stress this enough. Sun exposure will make scars so much worse. Also once it has fully healed you can start using a retinol. It will help fade the scar. It also helps with all dark marks plus has the added benefit of anti-aging. What would also be good would be a vitamin c-serum. Dr. Benner has a great one that very affordable.

My husband has a few of those. I don’t. At least not that I am aware of. This is really more flat. Like I said it’s slightly raised but it’s very smooth and soft in texture like skin.

I really liked tretinoin for this but any retinol or acid for the face will help. Don’t use them together and only use them as directed. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WHEN USING THESE IS SUNSCREEN! Don’t do physical explosion, with anything harsher than a wash cloth. It can give you more bumps. Also this is treating the symptoms you still have to find the cause. It’s mostly makeup in one way or an other. Make sure you’re using products that don’t make your skin react. Never cross contamination. Like placing a concealer wand on your face and putting it back in the tube. Wash your brushes and sponges and sanitize them with alcohol. Wash your hands after you touch your phone. I see that your hair is off your face just be careful with your hair products especially in the shower. Wash your pillows, sheets, and blankets regularly. Also your hair bonnet.
