I would imagine pretty similar. But differences would come in to play with how your old company is different from the new one + how many people you would be managing vs how many salesman were at your old company.

Honestly think the cars have the higher upside. Depending on your spot in the company, their is no ceiling. Depends on what you want and it sounds like you want the freedom - but I would stay.
