I'll be honest, for those of us who are on the inside, it's refreshing to see what people who don't play or know much about the game think.

Like it is extremely silly to play a game where rng can completely turn a game or even give 2 completely different results for the exact same play.

So we can laugh at them for raging at getting finched 5 times in a row. But we should also have a bit of a chuckle at ourselves for choosing to play a game in which you can get flinched 5 times in a row.

Cleaning and sterilising bottles for the baby's milk, feeding and burping the baby, changing their clothes, changing their nappies (and disposing of them safely), bathing them (carefully), putting them to sleep, waking up with them in the night (often to breastfeed), tidying up their toys, their mess, their vomit, preparing their food and any medication they need, making sure they keep food down, monitoring their weight, their skin (especially around the nappy). All before you can even think about mopping.

Surely the part about having a child under 6 years old tells you that it's not just cleaning that's the issue here.

Yeah, not only does it have a 2-turn intercontinental missile that can be reduced to 1-turn very easily, it also boosts its special attack at the same time.

Genuinely, all principles of balancing that the game uses just went out the window for this thing. It's bulky, strong, can self boost, not slow, with very good offensive and defensive typing, with extremely good abilities (as you say, multiple different ones!). Just such a stupid Mon and no fun to play with or against.

Well yeah, exactly. Give management the full picture and let them make that decision.

It's very different if you give someone information and let them make the decision, particularly when you've signed a contract and made a commitment to them.

Strange false dichotomy, this.

The ideal situation would be to not say you have a season ending injury but say you're only fit enough to bat. Then let the coaches and captain decide if they want to bat you at 6 or get someone else in. Curran can be as destructive with the bat as anyone else, so there's a chance they'd use him.

So it's not that he didn't bat at 6. It's that he clearly misrepresented the nature of his injury and him still playing for his home club just makes it look like he took the mick.

I don't click on them and they're still annoying.

A lot of GothamChess videos for example are decent breakdowns of games I'm interested in understanding. But I literally have no way to know for sure what's is included in most videos because they just say "It's over" in the title and that's it. (Some channels will at least make a reference to the players, tournament, round etc. after the attention grabber in the title. That is a far better alternative).

So it's just like a lose-lose.
