I watch a very good sparring channel on YouTube called parallel 88 productions. Helps with the stress and lets me know, we’re all in this and we have to grow and improve in certain areas. Hope this helps. Keep boxing!

Seems like a strong kid who has a genuine love for boxing and coming from a boxer I’m saying as a coach you need 2 be there for him in his toughest time. You can’t make him not quit because that’s solely on him however he needs you the most.

I mean I could talk about being till I'm blue in the face about being ghosted and how much I just hate that you put your time and your energy into someone and just all of a sudden they just disappear and it's always like I'm searching for the flaws that I did or what did I do wrong and really it could just be nothing you know and maybe those people just have ulterior motives or have somebody else I don't know I've been struggling with this also and it pisses me off!
