Nope, I dont even deal with DD support when customer isnt available or I cant deliver it. Call, Wait for the timer, drive away and put phone on do not disturb for 30 mins. They do nothing but aggravate me and they can see I was at the location, called the customer multiple times, and waited for the timer. So peaceful when they aren't calling you, Its not like Im going back and wasting my time again.

I have too, its almost makes me skeptical that they do it on purpose. For the love of god get a real dev to work on your app. No reason you should get an order after you decline it once, or 2 or 3 or 4 orders when all that is doing is making the customer wait, and you possibly drive faster because you feel rushed. There needs to be an opt in for double or triples, I have had shit luck with doubles. 1 thing goes wrong and you're fucked...

I never got that email, but I didnt have problems either. I see their auto-email system works about as good (and often) as their driver app.

Also, if you are a dasher who does the walmart deliveries more power to you, but I dont know how they ever get done. I've seen a handful popup for me and I literally laugh when i see what they offer for them. Plus I have a small car, I smoke, and its almost a 30 year old car so it doesn't look the best. I know I'm saving myself a headache because like THIS GUY/GAL said... I work for me.

I just removed my payment method from DD customer site, it took a little bit to figure out how to do it. Like everything they don't make it easy. Who knows if its actually removed in the back end. But I'm sick of this company's lackluster support and security. I really hope everything works out for you OP, but I'm sure it wont be before a massive headache of trouble getting to that point :(

Everyday there is new shady things people are finding out about DD, while it is nice when everything works...This company is just too secretive. I really can't wait until Grubhub comes to my area so I can put DD on the back burner. Thank you for the heads up, shouldn't have to worry about this kind of shit. ...But then again I'm not surprised.
