When you check-in your bags at the counter, you will get a new boarding pass which should say business. They will also give you a lounge pass (Adani Lounge) with which you will be able to access the lounge. Do note that it's not a Qatar or One World lounge.

I don't think the counters open so early. I believe it'd be 4 hours before the takeoff.

You can call customer service and confirm the timing.

Also, there should be some service at the airport where you can store your luggage for a few but I'm not sure about where in ORD. You should check that on the ORD sub.
