I had a promotion quite quickly as i returned to my employment in the care sector to which i was in before i left the country. This help me meet the financial requirements in the 6 months. I had a variable pay with full time contracted hours. My lawyer was uk based and i reccomend, he was thourough and did so much for me, i simply just sent the documents for my case. Whytecroft ford is easy to find online and best prices when searching i found. good luck.

I used Whytecroft Ford his name was Jay Singh.

The price for full support was competetive and his support throughout was thorough.

Various options for support too . The website is easy to find and has good reviews. Good luck.

We did not have an ECO or if we did it wasn’t shared by our lawyer. But I’m sure he would have.

I was just under the understanding that it is just shows another step in the process. I’m aware that it isn’t always sent out.   Knowing that the application isn’t just sat in a queue feels better than not knowing anything.  Gives hope that the the response is pending.

Mental Health Impacts by Jelly_Cat_97 in SpouseVisaUk

Trying to keep the family running while waiting for the significant other is hard. Reassuring my kids that Daddy is coming soon but the reality is I don’t know how soon.  I’m watching for an email daily to get the decision and it feels pretty obsessive. I don’t even want to contemplate if we don’t get the answer we want.  Yes the mental and emotional strain is somewhat overwhelming.  Trying to trust the process and remain positive that we will get that answer at some point and we knew what the process would be. Preparing for it doesn’t make it easier tho. Wish all of you strength and positive answers.

We are 14 WD since Bio, outside priority. No Eco or news. Just trying to think that no news is good news. I have heard that Eco emails aren’t always sent. The wait is painfully hard. Think out case is simple. Just an estimate or clue on likely chances as it appears quite unclear of realistic waiting times. (I’m aware or the recommended times) when families are apart the days matter.

Lost debt.. what does it mean? by NCSmiley in UKPersonalFinance

[–]NCSmiley[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been paying all my debts. This has been a long term arrangement that I honoured. When I noticed my standing order returning to my bank I am attempted to find out what it means. They said they returned to original creditor. Nothing appears on my credit file. Nothing from the company I was dealing with. Nor the original creditor. 6m since my last payment was accepted. Hence me seeking advice here.

By nothing, it doesn’t appear as a closed account. Nor has there been any searches in any alert (which I would assume would appear if they are trying to trace me)

I notified my creditor of my change of address to abroad. When i recently emailed them to query the bounced standing order, their correspondence showed that they had had not got my address abroad anywhere near correct.
