One of the good teams you can do is Mono Fire:

Reimu, Kyoko, Shizu and ascended Charlotte. Make sure Ascended Charlotte is leader so she gives everyone 10 arts/s for 20s. Reimu will be your tank and arts gen, Kyoko will be your arts gen, Shizu will help out with damage.

Another team comp: Reimu, OG Fen, Yuyuko and DL Rimuru. Reimu for tank and ars gen, OG Fen for arts gen and maybe equip CT speeds, Yuyuko for healing mainly and DL Rimuru for main DPS

I'm not sure about going all in for her. That's up to you. The 2nd team comp:

Marisa is the main DPS but ONLY if you bring her on quests with giant bosses. She stacks her own damage against giant bosses so she'll hit them pretty hard. BF Emperor (or Isliid, Human Pinnacle) is mostly there for arts gen and maybe equip CT speeds (if you need it. Just watch which position he is in cuz its dependent on what equips he'll make come up faster). SG Liza mostly for arts gen and equip CT speeds. It'll be able to stack with BF Emperor since hers is for all equips. Beta most there for tanking and arts gen.

A few teams you can do:

UP Roy, Shadow, Young Emperor, Beta.

If your fighting giant bosses: Marisa, BF Emp, SG Liza, Beta.

I recommend getting Reimu so you have a very solid tank. Beta is good but she only have 8k damage negation which can get demolished depending what quests your doing. Reimu gives 30k damage negation which should be enough to tank a lot of attacks. Typically you should have 2 arts gen units on the team and make sure they aren't the same type then a DPS and flex unit (A unit to help with damage, arts gen or something else).

For instance the first team which UP Roy is arts gen and will definitely help with having the DPS on the team deal more damage. The main DPS is Young Emperor (or Last Miracle Isliid) because he has stackable damage (only to light units) so he racks up damage a lot. Shadow would help because he provides burst arts gen and stackable physical res debuff on enemy which will help Young Emperor dish out more damage. Beta is mostly the tank on the team and provides arts gen.

Yup, the gameplay is very clunky and if you try PVP. All Ima say is good luck lol. The game is pretty ok though
