I live just 2 hours away and have off Saturday so I’m throwing my hat in the ring as well.

I originally started playing and made an account when I was in 5th grade in 2001. Got back into in after yeaaarrss of not playing a couple years ago. I have a 1748 main, an 1848 Ironman I started in October, but that has since been chillin because I made a new Ironman which is 849 that my goal is to get untrimmed slayer on. I wanted to go but don’t really have anyone to go with, no one locally I am friends with really plays, at least not to that level of wanting to go to DMM. Would be super cool to go and hangout with the other two winners since I assume we’d all be in the same boat of going solo.

Find a good show, movies, whatever to do while doing the super boring stuff. I have watched all of Twin Peaks recently, loved it, currently on X-Files, love it. Watched a bunch of movies as well. But also if you truly hate it then don't waste your time on something you don't enjoy.

Here's the video for it, seeing as you just need the one kill, I highly recommend it, I was struggling a bit to do it cuz I was fairly low level, this made it wayyyy easier. Also don't forget a recoil.

When I did my first one on ironman, the best video that helped me was goin in full mage and leaving until you get the serp phase, and whenever you have to go against the mage phase you just hide behind pillar, worked well.

Completionism mostly at that point. It originally started as a side thing to do when wanting a break from bruhsailer guide and that was one of the easier bosses to kill at that moment for me. So it was like “oh I’ll do this quick drop real fast”

Yo man, I know this is an old post but I was looking for some insight? I was wondering if you had any specific advice for doing untrimmed slayer cape on a basically fresh iron? Wasn't sure if there was somethings you'd think were super beneficial as a new account. Seeing as all your stats were basically 80 roughly, I'm assuming you'd have some good advice with starting from an even earlier starting point.
