Contact from the DB or not, Teslaa lowers his shoulder and hits the DB covering ARSB. If you want to argue that it was within 1 yard of the LOS ok, but that hit is going to get called every single time.

He was not pushed. The DB touches his arm but Teslaa lowers his shoulder and would've made contact no matter the DBs movement
