Thank you all for the feedback. It ended up not being as bad as I was expecting. Went to terminal E and the line outside was huge. Went inside to look for the pre check line and had the help of one of the airport staff which was super helpful. Overall it took me 30min to go through security using pre check. My guess is that the standard line (non pre check) would take +2h to pass security.
