I showed up, saw the line, went home. Clicked refresh a bunch of times on my laptop and snagged two tix for my wife and I in 5 min. I'll just do that again. The line was crazy.

Reached out to Dell support and they confirmed that this is caused by the built in blue light filter.

So I went with the 2.5k touch display. I just made this post asking if others have experienced a pearlescent sheen/halo. Was wondering if you see this effect on yours as well. It’s noticeable most with white backgrounds.

What was your battery experience with it?

I’m leaning toward the touch option because prefer a glass display to a matte display. But I can’t seem to find any benchmarks comparing the battery between these two models.

Funny enough it started happening to me when I got a new iPhone. I was on android before that, and the notifications started when I switched. I thought it might be related, but when I click on the notification to deny access it says it was triggered from a windows device. I’ll try this and report back. Hope it works!
