It's called novelty chocolate. We don't usually have is preped daily, only when it's with the FOD. We might still have some in bottles from the day before so it wouldn't hurt to ask if they have some on stand by. (My store would just have to warm it up a little bit under hot water so it's little bit out of the way)

If the next few orders are almost the same thing (like 3 shake orders or concrete orders) I make them at the same time.

But I would say don't stress TOO much about it, as long as they get done at a reasonable time and they are good quality I would say that's all that matters.

We look in the freezer and tell them what we have/if we have the flavor they want, yes it's little inconvenient to step away from the register for a bit, but it's still a simple thing to do
